We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, assess suitability for a complimentary launch detail and arrange any booking. Our lawful basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
We do not add you to marketing emails and we never sell your information.
Complimentary launch details may involve photographing and filming the vehicle for Vantis marketing. This is always discussed and agreed with you before any work takes place.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting booking, after which it is deleted.
